"Very Poor"

This is by far the worse place I have ever stayed. Theres pubic hair on the toilet, and the tub. No way this was even cleaned before we checked in. Theres rolled tissues in the bathroom floor from someone wiping their butt. The tiles are chipped in the bathroom.. the sink was clogged and the bathroom came with the plunger. Upon using the plunger, someone prior have shaved in the sink. I had to check the bed for bed bugs, luckily there was none. Regardless, I didn't use their blanket and sheets. The air conditioner was so dusty, that I almost rather sleep in my car. Did some Google and found that this was a section A complex. I think booking.com should have done their researches to only accept certain criteria before posting on their website. Especially with this covid pandemic, at minimum they should adhere to the minimum standards. I think this will be the last time i will use booking.com. my health is much more important than cheap place to stay.

Breakfast is not included at least not right now but it's a great value for the location. The people who own and run the hotel are just the nicest, friendliest people. Its old but clean and pretty comfy. We stay here every time we're in the Soo

Affordable and comfortable on a budget. The bed was made and the trash was taken out when I left, and everything else was as I left it when I returned.

Front desk man very friendly and helpful. Brought heater to room and put drano in toilet so it would flush right.cheaper doesnt mean any quality
